You can read someones text but their is also such an existence called "lock codes and security" that may be tricky because you have to figure that out first
Hit the menu button and find messages you should have a choice such as voice or text, and you can read incomming and outgoing messages if you have not deleted them. ( I sure hope these are your personal text you want to read)
It is not right to read someone else' messages without permissions.
