I had this problem too, When I blocked them, they STILL messaged me, But I figured out that when you block the person, you will only appear as offline constantly, if he PRIVATE messages you, he doesnt know you are online, he is just sending you them so that you get them when you come online.Sorry if this sounds complicated but thats what it is! :)Anyway, If you ignore this person and not message him back he will get bored and leave you alone, just don't message or talk to that person.I hope I helped! x
