Kik doesn't notify you if someone blocks you, but there is a way of finding out:

When someone blocks you on Kik, you'll still be able to send them messages - but they just won't see them anymore.

When a message is delivered, Kik shows a little 'D' next to the message to let you know your carrier is transferring that data over the airwaves.

But Kik will only show an 'R' when that message is received - which will never happen if you've been blocked!

So just keep sending the messages across, and if the D never changes to an R, then you can safely assume you've been blocked.

If you're wondering if you've been blocked on Kik and want to find out for sure, then here's the official answer from the Kik support page:

It basically tells you that, although you can't tell for sure, if a message is sent to someone, and it's never changes to "delivered" (via the "D" icon), then you can assume you have been blocked.

This is unless they've suddenly lost network signal or lost their phone. But if you know for sure they have been doing other things with their phone, then you can tell that you've been blocked.

An easy way to check whether you've been blocked on Kik would be to call the individual. If they answer, that means they must have a cell connection, which means it's likely their Kik app can connect to the internet.

If your messages are being sent but not delivered when this is the case, then you have been blocked!

I'm confused. Does it go on the bold D or the faded D when someone has blocked you??

If they have a iphone or windows phone,then it will be like a faded D if the D is shaded in then they have the app open but aren't checking the messages

Technically, there is no definitive way. There are lots of mods out there that make it so you can never tell if they read it, or if it was even delivered. I know, if it only says D, but that could mean other things, like they've been away from their phone for a while.
