Go to Settings --> Privacy Settings --> Search---> Then there will be a spot on there that says "Public Search Results" and there is a box next to that that says "Allow" make sure it is checked and then people will be able to search for you on Google. It may already be set up, they do it automatically. You have to tell them that you do not want this option in order for your FB not to have it.
