Look for cd's that came with your pc. What you can also do is this search the net with the name of your pc and behind that drivers. Look for a webcam driver and install that. Also you can go to start menu > devices and printers to see if your webcam is listed there. If it is you need a hot key to activate it. I am sorry but depends on the screen or laptop you have so you need to search the net for that
