When you put images on the web, you can set it so that your pictures will show up on the Google image search. Google is a search engine, which means they locate images on the web and create a link from Google Images; you cannot upload directly to Google because it is not a place to store photos. If you want your photos to appear on Google image search, you will need to upload them onto a website or blog first. If you do not have one already, you can create your own profile on free photo-sharing websites like Picasa and Flickr. Once you have set up an account with them, you can upload as many images as you wish to your profile. Web hosts like Picasa allow users to have fun organizing and editing their photos before putting them live online. Also, make sure you have not blocked search engines with strict privacy settings and remember to tick the 'public' instead of the 'private' box so your photos are available for others to view. When you have uploaded (and manipulated) your photos, give your photos a name using appropriate keywords e.g. Yourname.jpg.You may also be able to add tags to your photos or use text to describe your images. The key here is to use captions that will easily identify the photos and allow them to show up amongst the results via Google search. Your photos won't show up on Google image search immediately as it may take a few days for the search engine to crawl sites like Picasa and Flickr for new images - just be patient and keep checking.
