Mine had the same problem too and I did tried replacing the power board and also the main board but still no luck. Somehow after almost a month of trying to find what else could be wrong, I came across a website that suggest to check your back lights ( there are 10 small diameter lamps behind the lcd screen). Well, true enough, one of the bulbs won't light. The TV has a built in diagnostic that is there is a lamp failure, it would shut down the high voltage supply to your screen, hence the blinking green light. There are a lot more though that causes the green light blinking so try this one. Hope it helps.
