You need to see the picture tube first. If the picture tube has problems, that is the reason why your colors are not according to the standards. Otherwise the settings might have worked for you.
Go to menu turn color control off see if you have black&white picture if not then ,red ,green,blue drives need to be realined set to or as close as you can get to black and white tracking ,then turn color back on see if this helps. You have screen and focus control drives adjust screen drives,red, green, blue.
