Get a Sphinx and make it learn a move that paralyzes abra and hopefully he wont be able to use teleport OOOORRRRR get a Kriketune it and then use sing when you learn it!

Throw a ball and hope you get it stays in.
You look in the tall grass to find it ( they are in certain areas )
Go to solaceon town go up where the tall grass is then go farther through the path and you will see a lot of tall grass walk around in it and you will spot a ABRA
The earliest you can get an Abra is east of Jubilife city in the tall grass. I caught it by using taunt from my lvl 9 or 10 chimchar. Just use taunt and then hit it once and use a pokeball. Easy.
To catch an abra, you have to have a luxury ball or ultra ball. Now when I tries to first catch one I made a move and it just instantly teleported away. BUT, today I used the luxury ball(above) and it was caught! To get a luxury ball you have to go to the pokemon mansion. When you walk up, you will see a boy or a girl, play them, beat them and one of them will give you a luxury ball!!!
Go to your pokedex and click on abra and click on area and you will find where it is located
