MetroPCS has two ways in order to obtain a phone call history, and both require the permission of the account holder. One way is to visit a corporate store with some form of photo ID and pay for the requested call history, and then wait to be contacted once the records have been collated. There is a substantial charge for this service.
The records can also be discovered via a number of means if you do not need them straight away.
Firstly get in touch with customer service by calling 888-8Metro8 (888-863-8768). Ask the representative to sign you up for something called ’eStatement’. There is unfortunately a small charge per month for the entire account. A valid email address is also needed for you to sign up.
You can then sign up for ‘My Account’ by visiting MetroPCS.com and clicking on ‘Pay My Bill,’ followed by ‘Login to View Bill’ and then ‘New User/Register.’ A validation code will be sent to the phone, enter it on the site to complete the setup process. This account is free to all MetroPCS customers. Log in to view your account. Click the ‘Login to view detailed billing’ link on the lower right hand side of the page. Click ‘New User/Register’ and create a separate login from the ‘My Account’ login you just created.
Log in to your chosen account. An email will then be sent to the email address that was used to subscribe previously. If you also have access to several lines on the account, all the numbers will be listed in a drop-down box near the top of the screen, and each line can be viewed separately. You will then be required to click on any line in the list to view its call logs in detail. After you click, you will have the chance to view a number of factors from the time the call was made, number called and duration of the call.
