There are 2 ways to view your Metro PCS call history, and with both the account holder needs to authorize the request and with both there is a charge. You can either go in store to request your call history (you will need ID) and then you once the records have been gathered they will be sent to you. This could take some time however and it might be easier to call customer services.
Call customer services on: 888-863-8768 and tell the agent you want to sign up for eStatements. They will ask for an email address for registration.
Go to the Metro PCS website at: www.metropcs.com/, click on ‘pay my bill’, then ‘login to view bill’ and ‘new user/register’. In order to complete your online account set up you will need to enter a validation code which will be sent to your phone.
Once you have registered, login to your online account and you will be able to click on ‘login to view detailed billing’ on the bottom right hand side of the page.
Click ‘new user/register’ again and create a separate login from the one you have just created for ‘my account’.
Login to that account. An email will be sent to the email you used to subscribe at the beginning when your Metro PCS call history records are ready.
Bear in mind that your call history records are only gathered once you sign up, there won’t be a back log to show you so you will have to wait one billing cycle before you can view your phone records.
