While it is not possible to view your call history online from Metro PCS, it is possible to do so over your telephone. Dial *611 from your mobile phone or 1 800 836 8768 from another phone and ask to speak directly to Metro PCS customer service advisors. Once you have reached the advisor, give them your mobile phone number as well as your account number. When they have your details you will then be able to request an electronic statement.

The advisor will then ask you for your email address so give them the one that you use most frequently. They will then send you the most up to date statement of your call history and will give you the opportunity to have these statements delivered to your email inbox every month.
