As an owner of a Metro PC it is extremely useful to be able to gain access to the monthly calls that you have made in order to keep your finances in order. Fortunately, you can obtain this information relatively easily for a small fee and you will be able to see everything that you want to including the number of calls, the duration of each call, the number that you have actually dialled and the cost of any of the calls made that are not covered on your unlimited call plan that you have in place. You can also use this useful service to trace phone calls that have been made in the past or locate individual numbers that you may have misplaced. To access this useful service you will need to first bring up the MetroPCS website. Once you have the homepage up look for the support section in the right-hand side of the screen and then click on the 'my account' icon that appears on the drop down box. If you already have your log-in information then simply input your username and password and then click submit, if you do not yet have a username and password you will need to set one up. Once logged in, click on the drop down box adjacent MetroPCS phone number and then pick the number that you would like to view the details for. The phone will show every detail that you will need to know including account balance and a picture of the phone. By clicking on 'call details' which is under 'account usage & activity', if you have a monthly or a weekly subscription, will generate a new page showing 'unlimited call usage' and an entire list of all calls and the duration of each one.
