Create a restore point on your computer, then download RegCleaner4.3.0.780 (last Freeware version) this program has lists of different parts of your computer such as "Start "menu, "Add And Remove" etc, you will find a full list of things that are on these particular places, just put a tick in the boxes on the left hand side of the program you wish to remove, And "Bingo" press delete at the bottom of the page and thats it, sorted.

We have already done that and it does not work, we can't delete aol spyware from our computer. Is there another way. Thanks

If you are facing any problem with AOL Spyware you can remove it from your computer and for the process of removal or uninstalling you need to follow some procedure.

When you open the window you should click on the start button and when 'menu' appears you should click on it. After opening of the menu you can click on the 'control panel' option to open it. In control panel you should search and select add/remove program icon and double click on that. When this window opens you will find list of all the programs installed in your computer. Select the AOL Spyware and then click on the Change/Remove button.
