Hiya, well what I do is the memory card that I have in my phone I take it out and ... There should of been something like a memory card but bigger that came with the phone you slot it into that and then shove that in the computer (haha) and then you should have windows media player and you should have the song already in what ever programme you use then when it has finished installing your memory card you click the song and I think it says export or something click that and click the device you want to send it to and that should work.
