A Pokéwalker is a pedometer that was sold in Japan along with the release of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. It's a Pokéball-shaped object that has three buttons, and an LCD screen. In other words, after taking roughly 2,000,000 steps, then you can have the chance to catch Feebas in Quiet Cave, and then transfer it to HeartGold or SoulSilver.
