No, I can not get a mew three in heart gold.

I don't think there is such a thing as Mewthree, but there is Mewtwo which you can get at Cerulean Cave.

Just use the chaos black hack on firered and then migrate it to heart gold

Yea you can...I want one bad but ive been looking around some other sites, and from what I can remember there is going to be a Mew event in the US and Europe. I don't kno wen but I heard soon... Oh and you can catch it in one of the pokemon GBA games but I think it requires a gameshark or Action replay

You can without any event at all trust me you just have to beat the elite four and get all the 16 gym badges then go to cerulan cave and your ready to go!

As far as I know, you cannot catch mew as a WILD pokemon, but you might be able to obtain it another way.
