I got my murkrow in the pokewalker
Route 16 or if not.. Soul silver. .
Night time in route and 16, but I caught mine on the poke walker, strolling in the city...
Go to the Safari Zone and change one area to swamp. Headbutt the trees. Or you can get your PokeWalker and at the Suburban Area there should be Murkrow with the PokeRadar
500 watts you unlock the suburban area look for it there and if you repeatedly find the same pokemon your not looking 4 then return and go back to stroll
