Where Can I Find A Feebas In Pokemon Ruby?

Ok this is so cool! First make sure you never did anything to the "trendy phrase" thing in Dewford. Next go to rute 119 (fly to Fortree city and go left) then go down to the the bridge. After you see the weather institute go down, past that yellow hair guy and down the sand ledge then go all the way down till you see another bridge. After crossing it go all the way down, and you should see a guy talking about the HM fly. Now take a left and surf across to the little island type thing with a fisherman guy. Stand next to him, use surf, and go up five space(you should be under a little space) turn right and fish you should find a feebas in 1-3 trys.

BUT IT DOES WORK I TRIED IT!

Feebas appears only in 6 tiles of squares out of 400 tile of squares. These squares can only be found on route 119. Just fish using super rod in each tiles by following the pattern side-side-side-down.
