Where Is Red In Pokemon Soul Silver?

Red in not a gym leader, BLUE is the 16th gym leader
he is at the peak of mount silver, and his highest is lvl 88 pikachu, then all his other pokemon are below 84, lowest being a lvl 80
he has all original starters + laprus snorlax and pikachu
I know this because I just did the battle 10 min ago :D

He's in Mt. Silver. Once you have all 8 Kanto Badges you can go to Mt. Silver. Then climb all the way to the top. But I have to warn you, Red's Pokemon is level 80 and higher.

Red was quite easy I had a staraptor giritina infernape palkia luxray flotezel.
They were level 60 and 70s. After you beat red you need to beat the elite 4 but watch out because there stronger then last time after beating the elite 4 go to mount silver and beat red again. Now I have got a question where do you go next?

My Team is Migrated Jirachi - 100, Articuno - 81 ( so freaking hard to catch!!! ), Giratina - 100
Shaymin - 100, Arceus - 100  ( migrated from Pearl ) Shiny Gyarados - 40.. And I won with articuno.

Blue is harder than Red

He is at the top of mount Silver to get to mount silver you have to get all 8 kanto badges

He is extremely hard so stock up on potions and revives and catch mewtwo in the cerulean cave

Red (rival) is at the summit of mount silver he is SO! Easy I beat him in 6 mowes all I used was tackle I bet him with snorlax , mew, mewtwo, arceus, articuno, and feraligatr all lv.100 and shiny.

Red is in Mt. Silver after you have all 16 badges from Jhoto and Kanto. He is incredible strong with pokemon in level 90"s

Red is at the top of mount silver and you need to have all 16 badges and I think you shoud get HO-OH at lv. 75... Red has a snorlax, lapras, pikachu, charizard, veinasaur and a blastois
