How Do You Get Lugia In Soul Silver Version?

You must help the kimino girls throughout the game, after defeating team rocket you receive the silver wing, then you will be called to New Bark Town by Prof.Oak, fly there and he'll give you a master ball, then go to the ecutreak dance theater and battle the kimino girls, once you defeat them you'll recieve the tidal bell, then go to the top-right whirl island and go all the way to the bottom, you'll find lugia somewhere down there.

OK. First you get the silver wing. Beat the 8th gym, and get the masterball from prof elm(he will call you). Then beat the kimono girls waiting for you in a battle, and they will give you the tidal bell. A girl then walks in and alerts them of lugia being seen. They will leave and you go to the whirl islands(if you want to get to lugia take the northeast island). Walk around until you get to a giant waterfall and the kimono girls will start dancing in tune with the tidal bell. Lugia will eventually appear and either save if you want to catch it regularly, or catch it with the masterball you got. I hope this helped!

Well,first you might want to look for pokemon soul silver walkthrough for further questions but the best way to catch lugia in soul silver is to throw a quick ball at it.If that doesn't work then you should try chucking a heavy ball at it, you can get these poke balls from a man in the town next to slowpoke well. He is in the house on the far right end with a mailbox and a berrie tree next to it.you will have to trade him certain apricots to get them. This ball is especially effective when you put lugia asleep or you paralyze it

Follow the steps
1.beat all gym leaders
2.find the silver wing
3.fly back to professor he wiil give you master ball
4.go to ecruteak city dance theater find the kimono girls
5.walk onto stage and battle kimono girls after you beat them they will give you tidal bell
6.follow them to whirl islands
7.go through whirl islands and meet kimon girls
8.after you meet them they will do a dance
9. When dance is finished lugia will emerge from waterfall
10.surf in front of him talk to him he will battle you then throw master ball

You need the silver wing which you get after saving the radio tower and you will need surf, flash, and whirl pool.

I just captured lugia and he's on the third island to the right oh and you need lv.45 pokemon and weaken him until his hp lv is on red then use a master ball from professor elm  good luck!

I want to capture lugia and I'm going to do it right now but I don't want to use my master ball. Can any1 help me out?

The kimono girls are available at the dance theatre in Ecruteak after beating the first 8 gyms. They give you the tidal bell and you then take it to Whirl Islands. Silver Wing is in the Radio Tower after beating Team Rocket.

All I know is its at the bottom of whirl islands in between olivine and cinawood cities...although I don't know how to exactly get there

If you talked to all of the Kimono girls and defeated all of them in battle, they'll give you the wing and bell. I think. Then go to the Whirl Islands near Olvine City. Just surf the water.

All I know is that you need 2 items one is silver wing and I'm trying to find the other one sorry :(
