Where Is The Power Plant In Pokemon Soul Silver?

Go east to find the Power Plant in Pokemon Soul Silver.

• To find the power plant go east out of Cerulean City.

You will be fighting against trainers and wild Pokemon until you hit Route 9. This is where you will pick up a surf board to head to the power plant. It is a quick route to the power plant, as long as you go east and then make it to the area where you can surf to the power plant.

• When you arrive at the power plant go inside and begin to talk with the people there

There is a fat man that is upset about a machine part being stolen. This is your next mission. You will need to exit the power plant in order to find the part. There will be a guard who tells you to travel back to Cerulean to find a shady character.

Go to Cerulean and head to Misty's gym. From here you will find the Rocket member that stole the machine part. It is easy to get the part. Then, go to the top left of the pool area in the middle of the gym. You can press A and surf to the power plant from there.

At the power plant, install the machine part and you can head back to Cerulean again to get the Magnet Train Pass. The power plant will be back up and running so you can head off. In order to use the train the power plant has to be working.

Head East of Cerulean city along route 9 until you reach a river. Follow the river south and the power plant will be on your left

Talk to the manager of the Power Plant. Leave, though talk to the Police Officer on the left side of the stairs. He'll ask you to go to Cerulean City to find the Part or something in that order. Go in the Gym Leader Misty's gym and follow the Team Rocket Grunt until he battles you. He'll run off into the bridge to the North, and he'll be RIGHT next to the couple on that bridge. When he sees you, he'll hide in the middle of the couple. Walk in front of him and press the A on him, and he'll say in man extremely bad mimicry of a foreign accent, he'll battle you, if you win, he'll tell you it's in one of the tubes in Misty's Gym. The tube will be right on the topmost left side. Press A on the tube, and it'll say something in this format: "*Your Name* Received the Power Plant Part!" Then, of course, go right back to the Manager of the Power Plant, and he'll thank you and give you the TM (Technical Move, may only be used once) Charge Beam.

Go through the rock tunnel and btw Kanto is spelled like this not like cando or canto

What the heck guys I don't understand any of these answers and you spell kanto k-a-n-t-o

Go to mistys gym and use surf when you find water
