How To Catch Arceus In Pokemon Soul Silver?

I got a shiny but it can't change types I am willing to trade if you want it!!!

For diamond and pearl, (I think only, maybe platinum too) there was an event in which people using 'mystery gift' would receive an azure flute, blah blah, catch him at spear pillar (d+p still). If you managed to get him through the event etc you can use another ds to trade from pearl/diamond into soul silver/heart gold, or use an action replay. (action replay are VERY good and cheap online, however, are not licenced or endorsed by nintendo.)
