You beat the elite four 12 times and then go to cerulean cave ( but you hav to hav mew two that you have to catch) go to where you found mewtwo then he'll be there.

I have no idea. (ps. Don't trust them their ways to catch mew in not real  you can't catch mew in soul silver or heart gold.)

Is there any possible way I can get Mew on Soul Silver without cheats or the anniversary thing or trading on Wi-Fi!? I mean I know you can trade with someone sitting next to you if they have one one, but none of my friends let me have it! Help Me!!!!! (Plus I need a helpful website to help me catch he legendaries without dying! I beat all the 16 gym leaders too! But if you could answer me that would b awesome)

You just need to migrate it from a different game after you get mew use a  
dawn stone on it.
