OK... You idiots. You surf down you see the champ and a PC center. Then theres a dead end with walls you can rock climb on... THEN WHAT?
Lol "surf south of pallet town" no sht I guess he knew that by lookin at the map, if you can't get to pallet town then you have to go west of fuchsia city but if you havent got rid of the builders then you have to fix the power plant use the magnet train and go back and str angly they will be gone and the en terence open after that just surf your way to the city and beat blue then you can go pwn red :P

You can't access Cinnabar Island unless you have Rock Climb (which you get from Professor Oak after you get all 8 Kanto badges).
If you're trying to get to Blaine, he's actually at the Seafoam Islands. Just pass Cinnabar and continue surfing east until you reach it.
