How Do You Get The Lock Capsule In Pokemon Soul Silver?

The lock capsule is obtainable through normal game play. I went to viridian city with a level 70 10th aniversery celebi I obtained through the gts it was not an event celebi. I also had a plain normal entei,raikou,and suicune caught through regular game play. Entei at level 40, raikou at level 48, and suicune at level 51. Then I also had a plain normal celebi at level 100 nothing special about it except it was traded from soulsilver to heartgold I used a pokemon modifier cheat to get it. And last but not least I had a  black rayquaza level 55. Then I went to viridian from saffron without even using a single cheat plus I don't even have the ar code for the lock capsule but when I went into the pokemart the green guy was standing there and I was like what in the heck is he doing here. So I walk up to him and he gives me a lock capsule. I thought I was seeing something but I wasn't. So thats how I obtained the lock capsule

It unlocks the tm: Snarl if you trade it too the 5th gen only if you bring it to mr.lock and it's the only item that you can transfer to black and white.
Some people might not believe me, they think it unlocks Zoroak or that you can't transfer it to the black and white game but yeah its true.

Try using a AR code called all key items for heart gold or soul silver and get it, but you can't open it until the event comes out to open it.

I heard the same thing, you have to wait until the 5th generation games will come out and then the will be a event to open it then you send it to the game. That's when you will be able to catch Zoroark. Oh, and the guy up there ^, your the idiot since you know nothing about it once so ever. So you may as well shut up

Actually, contrary to what the other guest said, rumors have been floating around that when you trade it over to the gen 5 games you can catch zoarok (forgot spelling...) and I believe there is a way to get it through some event but I have an ar so I don't know what

Maybe you have to have Zuara first to open it

You can't, it is not obtainable with normal game play.
And besides, those who have used an AR to get it still cannot tell you what it does so whats the point?

I heard that if you beat the elite 4 100 times then you get it as a gift from the champion, I haven't tried it but other people have

I don't know how to obtain the Lock Capsule but I know what it is for it is to get a specific TM from sombody in the black and white games.
