You can find Ditto: Routes 35 and 37, Cerulean Cave, and the Safari Zone: Wetland (morning, day) Caught 5 just below Goldenrod! Try there during early morning or late evening! Go right below Goldenrod, and keep trying. I caught mine there during the evening. Below Goldenrod is where you find one, found two there yesterday. All I can say is keep on trying, because it's sometimes hard to find them...
You can try the grass under goldenrod.or you can go into the grass after using waterfall in the place where you almost reach the safari zone.(P.S. Sometimes morty the gym leader comes to bell tower and you can get his number.Plus,Rayquaza,Kyogre,and Groudon are in a cave somewhere on the left if you find 2 waterfalls.I know they are there,but I don't know how to get them to come.)
I know some of this has nothing to do with Ditto,so, don't EVEN TRY TO CATCH A DITTO THEY STINK.EVEN WHEN TRANSFORMING INTO LEGENDARY POKEMON HE STINKS SO BAD.NEVER, EVER, EVER,TRY.THEY ARE WEAK AND WHEN THEY TRANSFORM THEY HAVE THE SAME MOVES AS THE OTHER POKEMON BUT FOR YOUR DITTO,THEY HAVE JUST 5 PP.=p phew I'm finished.
