How Do I Get Manaphy In Pokemon Platinum Withouta Event ,wifi Or Ar?

There are TWO ways to get it. All have to do with a friend. 1: Get a friend of yours to trade you a Manaphy which he got from a Nintendo Event. 2: If one of your friends has a AR, you can persuade him to give you a Manaphy. Or you can give him the code for Manaphy (fot AR) from the YouTube. Anyway, I already have a Manaphy thanks to my AR. I went to the museum in Oreburgh, I gave the man in the museum a helix fossil and he gave me a manaphy.

Note: If you ever get a Manaphy, catch a Ditto in Bucklot's pokemon Mansion and give them both to the Day-Care. They will have an egg, from which the pokemon that will hatch will be PHIONE.
