Go to oreburgh city then to mt. Coronet
You go to the top of mt.coronet and then it is there
You have to get the 8th gym badge and then you will meet team galactic there!
OK what I don't get it I beat all 7/8 gyms and I STILL can't get past the wooden door that blocks the passage to upper mount coronet
You have to release uxie from the galactic ware house then you go to mt coronet
