He will say "since you know that phrase, keep watching jubilife tv channel and you will get a mystery gift" which is the Azure flute!

The event already passed, you have to use cheats, or trade it over from you diamond or pearl.

I have one. You must get it by this steps : 1st catch Giratina , Palkia or Diagla depending on what version you have . 2nd You must complete the national dex ( without cheats ) . 3rd Must battle the elite 4 50 times . 4th All your pokemon must be trained ( without cheats) to lv 100( your party must be lvloo). 5thyou must go to spear pillar and use dig ( lv 100 ) repeat it 5 times . 6th go into spear pillar the 6th time and there will be a azure flute . Hint : To get a black azure flute to get shiny arceus , do it 10 times instead !

I no BUT this T R you E true 1. Go and get dialga and palkia but you must have both orbs where you can find them DEEP in MT.cornet 2. As you all know you MUST have giritina in orgin forme {hint:you may not know where to get the orb for giritina well.. Its in the dustorion world after beeting the ELITE 4 like you have go too turnback cave} 4. I got the flute thingy in MT.cornet same like dialga and palkias orbs deep in MT. Cornet {hint:its close too there orbs its hidden in the walls} 5.go too spear pillar o yeah! I forgot as well as dialga palkia and giritina you must have heatran and azelf if your wonder why azelf? Then to tell you the truf I don't know 5. Any way when a spear pillar as you all know go to the top of the stairs then use the flute when I did it I got a zabdos as well lol.

You can't get it through the Mystery Gift because it is in the You can't give this away bag, like if you try to sell it, you can't because the woman at the poke mart says "OH no We can't buy that".
The best way to get it is through the Action Replay.

First of all , if you don't have the azure flute . Try getting it by following the rules !1

My friend told me you have to beat 50 consecutive battles at the battle frontier then they give you 50 bp and the azure flute

Go to the poke mart and tack to the guide with the green clothes and hell let me tack the azure flute

It is underground just like the guy over there said it is a flute used to capture arceus the great alpha pokemon

I got it from ACTION REPLAY DS. I just don't know what to do with it now...

You find it at spear pillar but you have to have to have dialga palkia and garitina in your party and pokemon who know strenghth'rock smash'and surf. You also need to beat the elite 4 and have a national dex. Then all you have to do is go to spear pillar in mount coronet.

You have to go underground to find it if you see it you will get one chance if you don't dig it up then you will never be do it again in that game you wil have to get another one
