You can catch one if you go south out of veilstone city to the mountain part and you should see a cave...go in the cave and go up to the man in side and talk to him...once you do that go catch an unknown and talk to him again then the cave should be bigger and if it is just run around until you find one. (if the cave is already long just run around in it to find one)
