Where To Find Good Rod In Pokemon Platinum?

It is, in fact, very easy to obtain a good rod in Pokemon Platinum. You get it by doing pretty much what you did to get the rod you have now - talk to a fisherman. The process is simple and the instructions are easy to follow. The good rod is found by talking to one of the fishermen on the first bridge in Hearthome City. I've written out the step-by-step instructions below so you shouldn't have any trouble finding it.

• Firstly, take a trip to Hearthome City.
• Head east until you come to Route 209.
• Locate the first bridge and chat to the fisherman you find there.
• In order to get the rod you need to answer "yes" to the question that he asks you.

• Once you get hold of the good rod you are able to get a mightier 'Water' Pokemon.

Right from Hearthome city talk to the fisher man in the first dock and answer yes and he will give you a good rod.

Ok start at hearthome city and go east were theres a grassy area, go past that and on the 1st dock!! Talk to the fisherman, he will say somthing like, fishing is great do you agree, or somthing like that and you say yes, and he'll give you a good rod

Go to the mc cornet at route 211 and talk to him and you will receive a good rod.

No I t think you guys means that he has a pokemon that  you need to complete the sinnoh pokedex.  You get a good rod in route 209  and a super rod in the fight area  north where the guy that brought you when you beat the  elite 4 .

Route 211 West of Celestic Town I think. One of the fisherman will give it to you.

Well, I haven't played this game in ages and if my memory serves me right, on the path that takes you to eterna there is a bridge and there are several fishermen, one of them will give you a rod. Or the west of Jublife, past the poketech app place, there is a building (thse ones you go in order to enter or exit a town). Inside there is a yet another fisherman ( man these men are everywhere) who will give you a rod.
