Can You Buy Rare Candies On Pokemon Platinum?

Yes at the elite fours house.if you go beside it there is a man he sales,rare candies,master balls,exp.shares,and eggs.

Go to Veilstone city to get into that huge super market. Then go to B1 (below store) and there will be about six to eight clerks there. One of them sell rare candies BUT they say they are sold out at the moment. I think you have to beat the game (hall of fame) in order to get the rare candies.

I went to the Veilstone department store and went to the basement floor and the 2nd counter to the right they sell rare candies. Sadly they don't have any. The old man at the bottom of the screen bought them all

I think you can with battle points from the battle tower...but not at a poke mart or anythinglike that.
