Where Do You Get Rare Candies In Pokemon Platinum?

I found one on route 214. When you walk out of the passageway building out of veil stone, use surf to go across the little pond, until you see a patch of grass with a poke ball on it. Go up to it and press A and you will find a rare candy. Hope that helped! = )
