How To Get Unlimited Rare Candies For Pokemon Platinum Without Cheat?

There are 2 ways to get unlimited Rare Candies without cheating, but they both take forever:

A. This one can be used at anytime as long as you have access to the Pokemon Mansion on Route 212 North (just south of Hearthome). First, get a strong and fast Pokemon that knows either Sleep Powder or Hypnosis (I use a Butterfree due to it's Compound Eyes ability that raises its accuracy, then I taught it Energy Ball and Bug Buzz. PS mine is also shiny!) Then go to Pastoria City, then go to Route 212 from there. You'll find a house where you can trade shards to teach your Pokemon moves they cannot normally learn (make sure you have a ton of blue shards cause each move taught requires them along with a few of the other shards) Teach that Pokemon the move Trick if it can, otherwise get other FAST Pokemon that can learn it. Go to the Pokemon Mansion and do the 5-Maid Knockout Challenge. Here's my strategy: Depending on the amount of moves you have to take them out in, use moves that will either bypass their Clefairy's Endure (Sandstorm, Hail, Toxic, Leech Seed, Curse for Ghost types, Will-o-Wisp, etc.) or neutralize the Clefairy so it can't use Endure or the even more frustrating Sing (which is where moves like Sleep Powder and Hypnosis come into play) Use you use your "stall move" then use a powerful attack to take it out in one hit, or False Swipe for an additional stall. Use you beat all the maids, then one of 2 people will appear, a boy or a girl, and each of them have a Blissey that knows Fling and is holding a Rare Candy (the rich are so wasteful!) Then use Trick or use Sleep Powder or Hypnosis immediately to ensure Blissey will not attack, then you may switch out for your Pokemon that knows Trick and take their Rare Candy. And there you have a free Rare Candy, plus the cash you get from beating all those trainers! But unfortunately you may only do this once a day, so stockpile the Rare Candies you win. Also, save your game before doing this just in case you mess up.

B. Once you get to the Battle Frontier it's only a matter of beating any or all of the Battle Facilities until you get 48 Battle Points. Then you can buy a Rare Candy from the BP traders, but I'd suggest using those precious BP to buy more useful items and TMs

Using these 2 methods and a lot of time and patience, you virtually have unlimited Rare Candies without cheating

Only way I know of would to do some serious battling in the battle frontier and exchange 48bp for 1 rare candy.. Although the amount your probably looking at is easier just to cheat..

In the pokemon mansion beat the 5 maids in the specific amount of turns then face lady celest she will throw a blissey use thief on it because it will be holding a rare candy

You can't get unlimited rare candies in pokemon platinum but if you go to the battle frontier you can buy a rare candy for 48 bp so, its not impossible

Pokemon with the **pickup ability** such as pachirisu can have a chance of picking up a rare candy after taking a certain amount of steps. But to get one you've to train and level up your pachirisu to a really high level.

Yall are all newbs, ok, there is no way, in pokemon platinum that you can have unlimited rarecandies, unless of course you cheat, but,as some of you said, you can buy them in pokemon gold/silver/ and crystal. And theres only a few games, actually only pokemon yellow, red, and blue could you get unlimited of any item, by abusing the "missingno" bug.

I hv no idea how you can get unlimited rare candies for pokemon without a cheat... But by the way you need a cheat to hv unlimited rare candies like me, I got 999 rare candies from my pokemon cheat, it is unlimited.

There is no way without cheating. Also, the rage candy bars in the Veilstone department store never appear. The say it is just a sign for the next game, which may be a remake of Gold/Silver/Crystal, since in those games you could buy them.

To get unlimited rare candies is simple. Have one rare candy a ditto and a pokemon that can be cloned.give the rare candy the other pokemon don't give it to ditto then breed with the rare candy on the other pokemon.

Get ttds then get pokemon platinum on it once yuo have done that use your stilus to click on a on a addition sign on the right hand side and there is a cheat to get 999 rare candies. Make sure to click  the cheat on

Make sure you have at least 2 or more rare candies with you then let any pokemon (or a pokemon you don't like) hold it! Then do the cloning glitch because if you do the cloning glitch your pokemon wont be the only one being cloned the held item as well!! Just keep doing this as many as you want!!! ( I`m asking for 2 because just in case you make a cloning mistake you might lose both pokemon and rare candy because I lost my torchic when I made a mistake in emerald version)

You can't get unlimited rare candies without action replay. They are making remakes of silver and gold for ds. The games are going to be called soul silver & heart gold.I prefer gold it rocks!
