Go out again in the little narrow lower part where you entered from and use rock climb on the LEFT wall.. Not the NORTH but the LEFT

then keep walking west and you should see a cave entrance a bit down (like 3-5 steps)
then you ficht with both leaders end then you follow cyris

If your trying to get to spear pillar you don't go that way. Then get out of the cave use rock climb and go around and there's a hidden cave and battle all the grunts until you see and opening then your at spear pillar.

I'm not quite shore but I think you have to go to rowan

You need the hm defog

Go to the different lakes then defeat all the people in lake verity near twin leaf town
