How Can I Finish My Pokedex? (on Pokemon Platinum)

Check Serebii - there are only like 50 pokemon you can't get in Platinum.  6 are in Diamond/Pearl so you can probably trade for them.  The rest are mostly legendaries and starters, most of which you can get in Ruby/Sapphire or FireRed/LeafGreen.  Try Gamestop for used R/S and FR/LG games.  They often let you test out the used games before you buy them.  I know someone who did this and they got a FireRed chock full of rare pokemon.  Keep in mind that mew, celebi, jirachi, and deoxys are not needed to complete the national dex.  If you don't want to go out and buy a bunch of used games, you can always wait until HeartGold and SoulSilver come out.

There isn't any way without cheating unless your enough of a hardcore nerd to go to special events and get downloads. Ive gone to some and gotten regigigas, and deoxys. One is coming in a couple of months to get arceus.

It's impossible unless you trade a few pokemon hear and there and I'm really stuck on getting the evolved pokemon of magmar

To evolve the pokemon magmar you have to give him the item called magmarizar and trade it over to a friend

You have to have cheat or Action Replay so if you don't have it bad luck!
Or ask your mum if you can get all the pokemon games
like Platinum,diamond,ruby,leaf green and so on
