Sorry to disappoint you but you cannot get him on Platinum, well you can- if you have connected access to the GTS in Jubilife City. Otherwise go to Sky Pillar on Ruby, Emerald or Sapphire and catch him. Then put the GBA Game into the Game Pak Slot and transfer the Rayquaza. Remember- you have to have completed Pokemon Platinum to do the GBA to DS thing.
