You can't I tried to get it by reading a book in the pokemon mansion but, it only gave me it's pokedex information

If your friend has a manaphy and a ditto he can breed it and then say him to give you the egg(the same happens and with pheon)!

Go to the pokemon manision on rout 212 there is a book there read it and manaphy will apear

You must look in the Pokémon Mansion on route 212 under Hearthome City and then you've Manaphy on your pokedex .Then get a rare Pokémon from trade , like Seviper , Arbok , Zangoose or Zangoose .Then put in on trade for a Manaphy and in one day you have it .
It tried it twice and it works!!!

To get manaphy, migrate a manaphy egg from pokemon ranger, or action replay, or event.

Here's what you do, its real.

You walk up to route 223 than talk to a fridge.

You get it from poke mon ranger and then you fly to sandgym town and its in the poke center

To get a manaphy egg go to the daycare center and put male phionix and female and look on the daycare thing and be a manaphy egg it takes about a minuite for an egg p.s it only works 1nce

You get it under water reamember in the movie use the exploer kit in the water to the sea temple it worked fore me try it

Go to the Global Terminal and trade with a person who has a Manaphy and offer it the  pokemon it wants and get the Manaphy,then take it to the pokemon day care and leave it there until it lays an egg there and when you get it back, it might have an egg.

Welllll on my diamond I did get a manphy lv.100 from a cousin because he has cheats but it was one of those multi game cards and I deleted the game and I hav also got pkmon ranger but I'm not even halfway through:(...
