You should train your pokemon to about lv.65 at least and then go fight the Pokemon League.
How Do You Beat Pokemon League?
Cynthia has these pokemon;
Spiritomb(Ghost type Lv60)
For Spiritomb, I reccomend any other ghost type pokemon(Super effective) I used Gengar for spiritomb, also if you get a ghost type, teach it Destiny Bond (Makes the other pokemon faint if it knocks you out) And some other Dark type moves like Dark Pulse and Sucker Punch.
For Milotic... Milotic is a very good pokemon.(Lv60-Lv63 Water type)
I would reccommend Torterra/any other grass type pokemon(Super effective) But be careful, if you choose to use a grass type pokemon, teach it Embargo(prevents the opponent from using items on its pokemon)
Garchomp(Lv66, Dragon type)
For Garchomp I would use a dragon type, as again it is super effective against its own type. Get your Diagla to full happiness, and get it to learn the best Dragon move in the game(Draco Meteor) Which an old lady near celestic town teaches it. Garchomp was the pokemon that I absoloutley owned with my Palkia's Draco Meteor(1 Hit KO)
Gastrodon (Lv60-65, Water/Ground)
Gastrodon may lull you into a false sense of security, but be warned, this pokemon is very, very powerful. Again, I used a grass type to take down Gastrodon, which took out half of my party. It is immune to water attacks, and a few other types.
Roserade(Lv60-66, Grass/Poison)
For Roserade I used a Phsychic type, but wasnt very effective. I would reccommend a fire type, Infernape/Ponyta/Rapidash, to give the champion a taste of what a good trainer you really are.
And last. But not least, Lucario (Lv60-65, Figh/Steel type)
Lucario, I used an electric type pokemon against it, which worked pretty well. It knows some very powerful moves, and is to be battled with care!Lucario took out 2 of my pokemon in 1 Hit KO's, but was silenced by my Palkia.

I 1 hit ko'd Almost all of them with Empoleon level 77.
Use Pokemon level 89-100 but make sure you have a lot of revive,elixirs,and either max potion,full restore or super potion.
Well you want the pokemon who have loads of hp and the Pokemon type you want to get r fire type for the bug guy grass for the ground type guy water type for the fire type guy have and I'm not really sure what pokemon you should have for the phyic guy just get a normal type I think?? Or just get the pokemon with the highest hp and for the champion she has a have a spirttomb mioltic a lurcaio and I can't remember the rest but just get a leagenary for her and hit her with all you got and the lvl pokemon you want is about 60 not 50 or ul get your butt kicked but if you want to make sure you win then get a lvl 80 and above then ul whip their asses hope this helps on and if you beat the elite for 20 times you get to fight professor rowan its awesome he has all the starter pokemon but lvl 100 so train up really hard for him
I used a rhyperior on most pokemon and a heatrain dalilaka lvl 63 and make sure it knows roar of time I mygrated kyogre lvl 62 it has to know ko move sheer cold my rhyperior new horndrill lvl 82 and my heatrain is lvl 71 and get loads of revies and potionsand for cintha get full heal or full restore I've just beaten it and ive had it for a month hope this helps

Exploit the bug type weakness by using fire type moves against Yanmega, Heracross, Vespiquen and Scizor. The odd one out is the Poison and Dark type Drapion, which can be taken out with Ground type moves. Focus on using powerful moves like Flamethrower, Drill Peck and Earthquake.

Attack using Grass And Ice type moves.
All of Berthas Pokemon have pronounced weakness-Grass type moves against her Whiscash,Golem, and Ryperior for 4x the damage; Ice type moves will do the same against Gliscor.Hippowdon can be taken out by Grass -,Water-,or Ice- type moves.Use moves like Solar Beam, Ice Beam, and Surf for the upper hand in this battle.
3 Flint Fire pokemon User
Take Him out with Water- and Ground-type moves.
Flint has 3 pure Fire type Pokemon and two dual types: One Dark-and-Fire and one Fire-and-Fighting.Lucky for you they're all weak to Water- and -Ground- type moves, so use the powerful HM move Surf and/or Earthquake and victory will be yours.

Lucian's team might be loaded with Psychic-types, but they all have different weaknesses. Use Bug-,Ghost-, and Dark type moves against Mr. Mime, Espeon, and Alakazam. Hit Gallade with Flying- and Ghost-type moves while taking down Bronzong with Fire type moves. For a sure victory, bring in Pokemon that know the moves Flamethrower and Shadow Ball.

Be Flexible and come in with different move types.
Cynthia's Spiritomb has no type weakness,so just hit it with moves that have a high attack power to deal out heavy damage. Handle Togekiss with Electric-, Ice-, or Rock-type moves; use Fire-, Fighting-, and Ground type moves on Lucario; and use Ice-type moves on Garchomp and Roserade. Finally hit Milotic with Grass- and Electric-type moves for a big finish.
