Once you have defeated Red in Pokemon Heart Gold you can:
First of all, fly to Professor Oak's lab. Professor Oak can be found in Pallet Town and he is the resident Pokemon Professor gives players Pokemon Trainers. When you are at the lab you should pick a Kanto starter so you then have space on your Pokemon team for Kyogre. Kyogre is a legendary Pokemon that likes the water. You should then fly back to Route 30 and visit Mr Pokemon's house.
When you are at Mr Pokemon's house get the blue orb then fly to Cinawood City, this is an island town to the south west of Johto. You will be able to find Chuck as soon as you arrive on Johto and he is a fighting expert who runs the Cinawood City Gym. Chuck will give you some helpful hints and advice so listen to what he has to say.
When you leave Chuck, ensure you have some Pokemons that specialize in rock climbing and surfing. If you head towards the left, you will find some steps and a doorway followed by a path. Follow the path and you will come to a hiker. You will find a ladder that you must go down and you will come to the sea and you will need to surf.
Once you are surfing, head towards the left and surf through two openings in some rocks and you will come to a small island. When you reach the island, you must rock climb up two walls and there will be a hiker that you can talk to outside a cave. At this point you will find Kyogre in a cave and you should 'SAVE' the game to avoid losing what you have so far achieved.
You will now need to battle Kyogre and catch him and the hiker will then come and talk to you.
You will now need to fly back to Professor Oak's lab in Pallet Town where he will give you advice on how to get to the next level of the game.
Steven in the Silph Co building in Saffron City will give you one of the Hoenn Pokemon Starters. Professor Oak in Pallet Town will give you one of the Kanto Pokemon Starters If you go to Mr. Pokemon's house he will give you the either the Red orb or the Blue orb, depending on which version of the game you have. Then you go to a cave in route 47, and from there the Embedded Tower, and either Groundon or Kyogre will appear. Then if you trade for the pokemon you didn't get (if you got Kyogre, trade for Groundon) and show them to Professor Oak, then Professor Oak will give you the Jade orb. Then you go back to the cave and Rayquaza will appear. Also, if you haven't already, you can catch Suicune, Raikou, Entei, Latias/Latios, and Mewtwo.
How to get red orb in heartgold/blue orb in soulsilver without ar (I hate that thing): Without stopping ride your bike along the edges of the embedded tower 5 times perfectly with kyogre [heartgold] or groundon [soulsilver] the first slot of your party and then you shall have triggered a special event. The stairway will have been repaired and your sea/land legendary will race up the the sparkling stairs. Use a max repel and your strongest pokemon to run up the stairs since these will be the strongest wild pokemon in the game. After you are up the stairs you shall have encountered a collage of pokèmon guarding the land, sea, and sky legendaries. Luckily you don't have to battle them all seeing as lance, chuck, clair, blue, red, maylene, crasher wake, misty, steven, and even cythnia, wallace, along with the team rocket, galactic, magma, and aqua leader join the fight! Even giovanni helps. Trust me there are a lot of pokemon to fight otherwise. After you have fought your 6 lvl 95's (you read me right) kyogre [heartgold] or groundon [soulsilver] will return to you however the other two will run and rayquaza will drop the other orb. Then team aqua's/magma's leader will tell you that the land/sea legendary probably won't return back to the embedded tower and that everyone should split up then everyone disappears except for team aqua magma and galactic. You must then then travel around the two regions in search of all the fighters. After you have found them all professor oak gives you a one trip ticket to the hoenn region :( you must then immedatily catch groundon [heartgold] or kyogre [soulsilver] and then return to kanto and you can't beat the hoenn league, once you return to kanto, oak tells you the rest of the hoenn myth and gives you the jade orb and then you may catch rayquaza. Also, if you go to Silph Co. In Saffron City, Kanto, you will find Steven Stone from the Hoenn region who will give you the choice of three colored stones. Pick green for the Hoenn region starter Treeko, pick red for Torchic from Hoenn, and pick blue for Mudkip from Hoenn. Good Luck!
Heart Gold-Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Mewtwo, Latias, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Kyogre, Rayquaza ( if you have red and blue orb from mr pokemon), Dialga/Palkia/Giratina (if you have the event arceus and go to the ruins of alph).
Soul Silver-Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Mewtwo, Latios, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Groudon, Rayquaza ( if you have red and blue orb from mr pokemon), Dialga/Palkia/Giratina (if you have the event arceus and go to the ruins of alph).
Try EV training a good Pokemon team to level 100. Catch all legendary Pokemon. If you need help training fin the gym leaders in certain places at certain times and rematch them for great exp. Also use the pal park to transfer Pokemon from game boy games.Play competitive battling and pokeathlon with fiends.Breed a fear rattata from daycare. Collect Items from pokeathlon like rare candies on Monday and Saturday for only 200 points.
If you haven't already caught suicune you can go after it. Go to mr. Pokemon's house and get a blue orb (heartgold) or red orb (soulsilver) and go catch kyogre (hg) or groudon (ss). Get mewtwo Go to battle frontier fill pokedex...
If you have [Soul Silver] you go to Mr.Pokemon's house ,and get the red orb, than go to the embedded tower and catch Groudon. If you have [Heart Gold] you go to Mr.Pokemon's ,and get the blue orb ,than catch Kyogre
Put your best pokemon in the pokemon daycare and then go to route 17.Beat all the trainers and then ride up and down a lot of times.they should gain a lot of exp.points.
Get the secret movie_event called pokemon release then go to cerulean cave and use it( you have to be where mewtwo was to use it) then stairs will appear, then go up then you'll get more things to do.
Well... I've asked myself this question, since the 26th of march when I beat the game/Red. Now I found out, that the only thing you can do, after getting the starters, migrating pokemon, caught Mewtwo/All the legendarys, then there is, actually, nothing left to do.. Well, you could travel Johto/Kanto respectively, in search of the Gym Leaders, who wants to have a rematch with you at certain points, depending on which day it is... That's the only thing... Sadly... :(
