How Do You Evolve Togepi In Pokemon Heart Gold ?

It doesn't evolve at any specific level. It evolves via Happiness. Catch them in a luxury ball and/or let them hold the Soothe Bell to make them friendlier. They become happier if you groom it, give it vitamins, if it gains a level and if you walk about 250 steps with it being first in your pokemon party and it walks with you, giving it berries, etc.

Their happiness goes down if you let it faint, if you deposit it in your PC, and if you give it Energy Powder, Heal Powder, Energy Root, or Revival Herb. Also, if you trade it, it resets back to the happiness level when you caught it.  Hope that helps :)

No A.P., no poffins, no excessive spending, no specific level. It evolved at lvl 14, all I did was let it walk around with me constantly, didn't trade or deposit it, and grinded on wild pokemon. Gave it one protein, and made sure it didn't faint. Its all about the happiness level.

Mine evolved at 16 but I rotated it in the party regularly so it had a lot of time walking with me, I never let it faint  and gave it a haircut in goldenrod. It evolved just after I used it to take down Whitney's Milktank in Goldenrod

Give it lots of love... Walk around with it, and give it hair cuts.. Make sure its happy and it'll evolve

Pretty sure it evolves based on how happy you can make it via walking with it, giving it massages(?), feeding it poffins, and having it hold a soothe bell. I'm currently working on mine too! Good luck!

I gave it a sooth stone at level 1 and it evolved when I gave it a haircut.Pretty sweet huh!

Let it walk in your pokewalker and give it a sooth bell.maybe it will evolve thats what I did and one thing don't make it die.it will lose it happiness.

Mine evolved when leveled up to 26, beating Whitney's Miltank. I walked along with him always since its birth, he feinted twice during the journey, but I revived him right away. Also, I gave him lots of potions, wether he was almost dying or below half HP. When I got to Goldenrod City, I bought 1 bottle of proteins and gave himself a new haircut. I battled many trainers with him till I get to Whitney's gym, where he finally evolved. Hope it helps.

Basically your togetic needs to be happy I recommend you to have a friendship checker
which can be obtained in enterna city in the poke center the girl with brown hair.
I suggest it carries the soothe bell do not let togetic faint best not to use potions or herbs,
if the friendship checker has 2 giant hearts it is close to evolving.

Yeah. Mine evolved at level 30. I didnt do much. Just battled with it.

Mine evolved at level 16 but it always walked behind

I'm still working on mine to final evolution but it evolves to 2nd evolution at level 25 for me

Just walk with it and battle mine has'nt evolved yet because I stoped it by pressing the B button.

By treating it right and by feeding him vitamines and stuff but never let him faint!

Level it up with happiness full. .

Mine is at level 51 and it still hasn't evolved yet it takes soooooooooo long 4 me it stinks. HELP!?

Let it faint in battle as much as possible. Actually just leave it in your pc.  It sucks a hard one anyway.  I fed mine a lot of crap, that pissed it off pretty good.  Pretty much all of this will get it to evolve by at most lvl 10
