How Do You Evolve Togepi In Pokemon Platinum?

Make its happines higher. To make its happines higher, you need to feed it some berries. It also needs to level up. If you let it faint, its happines drops. If you exchange it with another version, its happines is re set to 0

Make it happy. You can give it a soothe bell, then give it poffins, massages, nutritional drinks(iron, calcium, zinc, etc...), talk a walk in amity spuare with it, then level it up. You can check if it is happy in the poketch app. Also, to get a togekiss, give togetic a shiny stone.

Gain a friendship during the day

When you get poketech app freindship cheker and you have togepi in your party then you can see if it has got two love hearts and if the hearts grow big then you can level up the togepi with a rare candy and it will evolve.

Just give it a sooth bell, then ride your bike up and down the huge bike ramp near Oreburgh City. When you click on the bottom screen when you aren't doing anything in you menu then you can go to the slide where your pokemon are floating around. Click and hold on you pokemon and you can see if they are happy. After about 10000 steps you pokemon should have a heart or two about it's head. When you have two large hearts that are beating you pokemon is ready. You just need to go out and level it up, if you are not sure if the pokemon is ready then save before you use a rare candy and if it evolves just switch it off and then get it up a level (or you can just use the rare candy anyway). Simple. You need to feed the togepi berries that will have the effects to make it friendlier. Make it like you a lot using those tactics, have it in the front. If you need to know if it likes you enough go to the 'footprint' guy on the beach near the resort. Also use EXP Share which you can get from route 206's gate from Dawn's Father. Make it really happy and level it up I made it really happy quick this is what I did I gave it poffins and berries and I kept it healthy by never letting him faint and healing him when needed. Also I enter it in a lot of contests. Do what I did and it will be very happy and friendly in no time

All I did was to get in a battle with a trainer that has 4-6 pokemon in theirs party. Then I had all the pokemon I had with me including my togepi fight using at least one attack. When any of my pokemon fainted this didnt work . So I guess that you can't have your pokemon faint (any of them) my togepi was around level 20. Hope it helped =)   oh and I was in hearthorme and when I passed the game twice this worked both times =)

Togepi has to be at max level of friendship plus you have to level him up.
To check the friendship of your pokemon go to eterna city and talk to the girl on the pokemon center and she will give you the friendship poketch app.

You have to do a friendship evolution

Friendship + lvl up.

You need it to be max friendship and you got to lee it up ( hints : Feed it berries that mak it friendly, use the pokemon in battle a lot. )

Make it have true happiness

Max out it's happiness and level up. .

Make it's happiness high then level it up once. Then it will evolve. Then to continue evolving it  - use a shiny stone on it

Make it friendly or like you, then level it up to get Togetic. If you want Togekiss, use a shiny stone on it.

Get it to maximum happiness the level it just give it an exp share and teach it protect and put in a lot of double battles that's how I did it if you use my method it should evolve around lv 30 and that is the most useful way cause It learns its baby pokemon moves

Geeze just walk with it and make it battle other trainers that gives it more love than killing random pokemon!also keeit in the first spot when your walking always is you can just use random potions in battle that also gives it a lot of love!min evolved at lvl 16!

Friendship don't listen to any one else their dumb unless they say friendship...

Level 36 is when it evolves without a stone

Maybe you keep on using Toge pi until he evolves

All you need is exp share ! Never put your togepi in a pc once it hatched I carried it with me every where and let it hold Exp share it evolved at level 20

You have to make it ove you just like your starter pokemon and you have to go get the freindship app in the eterna city poke3mon center

You evolve togepi if you take him to the elet four  or if you give him some rarecandy and you take him to twintown and battel sucky pokemon

Either train it or it may evolve with a shiny stone

Give it the exp share and then give it to The place where a funking person raises pokemon for you toucan give it the heart scale

You have to use a heart stone.

Give it lots of freindship and make sure it doesen't faint because it might lose some freindship and losing a bit off Togepi freindship it will get harder to evolve
