How Does Roselia Evolve In Pokemon Platinum?

You can get a shiny stone on the cave east of Eterna city... And then inside the cave you go south and surf across a small pond thing.. And there it is!!

I have a roselia and had 2 shiny stones and I used 1 on toge tic and my other 1 I was going to use on my roselia but it just disappeared

The other guy was right you can get it on iron island but I do not know the other way

Use a shiny stone on roselia and it will evolve.if you don't no where to get one go to the end of iron island in the cave door. It will be in a poke ball.
