Buy d or p and when you choose a pokemon at the beginning, trade it to your friend, then restart and make your friend trade it back after you chose a starter pokemon so you have two starter pokemon. Hope it works.
Well I'm not sure but maybe if you had a friend who also had pokemon restart the game but don't delete your old one. Choose one of the other starters and trade it to your friend. Quit and than go to your normal game and trade it back.
Well I says in platinum guide book you can go to that forest and blow off the moss on that rock in there and use rock smash a turtwig will show up but I don't kno if it is true

You can't unless you trade pokemon in the gts or union room.also you get to choose one at the beginning of the game

I had a cheat that can capture other ppl pokemon. You should get a turtwig in the begining of game though not much trainers have the turtwing to steal it from.
