First have National Dex then go to pal park and talk to Pr. Oak. The got to Eterna city and talk to him in the last house to the left going down towards cycling road. To get markinh map you have to get a badge and go to jublife city and talk to poketech president and he will give you it.
Well, first you have to get the national pokedex. Once you've done that go to Pal park and see professor Oak, he'll then go back to his home in eterna city. Go to eterna city the go to the house on the left at the bottom of Eterna City. Then talk to him and he'll tell you that there's been sightings of the three birds. Make sure you have the marking map for your pokektch from the jublife company. Then you'll see faces on the map, just go there by WALKING not FLYING and you'll catch them in no time.
Suggestions,
Don't waste your master ball. Instead but many quick balls, get a pokemon level 50+ to use false swipe (Which you can buy from Jublife city) and a pokemon who can put them to sleep. Although it takes a while to chase them down (I don't use block, mean look, etc. Because of PP reasons) once you get them to sleep and with 1 HP it'll be easy to catch them.

Go to oaks house south of entrna and he say all of them are on the loose if you catch one there locations will shuffle how to get the two other birds classified but hint MIGRATE THEM!
You're right how to find them, but in order to catch them throw nest balls right away it will take about 10 times, and the first nine usually get no little taps in the nest ball, but at about the tenth they will get caught.
P.S it's a little easier if you use a pokemon the in intimidate them and lower their attack

You need to get the marking map from the poke app company in jubilife city then you need to get the National poke dex then go to etarna and go talk to prof oak and he will talk about the birds and then use your marking map and they will pop up and you need to find them and when you challenge them make shore you go first because when the pokemon gets its turn it will run away so you need a pokemon that uses block or mean look to make the foe not escape then you need to get a pokemon with false swipe and a pokemon with a move that will put the pokemon to sleep or paralyze it then throw ultra balls at it until you catch it it will take some time so wait until you catch it and there are four legendary birds the last one is one full moon island you need to go to canclave city and talk to the mom in the house by the dock and the son needs medicine so he will ask you to go to full moon island and get a luna wing and the legendary bird pokemon will be there and it will run from you and you will have to do the same thing with the other birds
I'm not going to repeat on how to get the birds because if your read above people tell you how. I would just suggest using quick or ultra balls to catch them. Also don't use mean look or block because it is more fun if you get to chase them.
