How Do You Get A Phione In Pokemon Platinum?

You get Phione by putting a Manaphy and Ditto in day care, there will be an egg, when it hatches,
There you go, its Phione!

Put manaphy and ditto in the daycare together, and you'll get a phione egg

A ditto and a Manaphy

You need to get it from pokemon emerald

You need to bred Manaphy with a ditto.

Finish  the game Pokemon Ranger  and after you finish the game they will have PokeNet and when you get on PokeNet Press: Right, x, and then  left on the pad. A thing should pop up and you must put the password P8M2-9D6F-43H7 then press the mission called "Save the precious egg". After you get the egg trade it on another Ds(two) stay on the "Title Screen" then after a while press start and it should say that you recieved a manaphy egg. Hatch it and then find a Ditto with a Poke Radar witch is hard to get for most people. After the egg hatches it will be a Phione.

If you don't understand the paragraph above then follow these simple steps:
-Get Pokemon Ranger game
-Finish it and got to PokeNet
-Press Right(not on pad), X, and Left on the pad
-Put in P8M2-9D6F-43H7
-Play "Save precious egg"
-Trade egg with seperat Ds(two)
-On other Ds stay on Title screen for a while
-After a while press start then it should say you recieved a manaphy egg
-Hatch it
-Find Ditto with Poke Radar
-Breed them and you will have Phione egg

You have to have Pokemon Ranger, and have beated the game and then on Pokemon Ranger you will get an egg. Trade your egg to Platinum. It will take a while to hatch, but when it does, it will be a Manaphy. Then go to the day care place and give them a ditto and a Manaphy. Sooner, they will give you an egg. When it hatches, it will be a Phione.

This is how I got it:

I traded my tangela for a ditto (male)

I traded my magnezone for a manaphy (female)

I talked to the women in the daycare center

Put both ditto and manaphy in

Waited for a couple of hours...

Recieved an egg walked for over 1000 steps

Hatched out of my egg was a Phione

Hay I know how to get Phione without using action replay or migrateing
you basicelly get a ditto from the trophy garden and get manaphey over wi-fi or pokemon ranger and put both of them in the daycare . Run around in solaceon town untill a egg is formed get the egg off the man outside the daycare and then run for about 5-10 minits then the egg will hatch and then you get the legendary pokemon phinoe

You need to breed a Manaphy with a Ditto...
So you can either trade with someone who has either one and breed them at the daycare :P or you can get an action replay cheat that gives you a Phione... :D

No that's not it, you have to get a master card from a guy in Hearthome City, (around the place for the contests) then you use AR to go to Desert Island. There you get Phione!

You can´t you need the manaphy from pokemon ranger and breed with the manaphy and ditto

You have too catch or defeat giritina and go to prof Rowen talk to him then go to the path to sunyshore city, and the man will be gone.

All I need is to see a phione in my game and I get a full pokedex.

Okay get a manaphy and ditto breed them after about 200 steps theyll hatch an egg get the egg and walk 10000 steps(go down cycling road a couple of times) and the egg will hatch into a phione

Yeah but what sucks is  that its kinda hard because you have to transfer all this stuff from one thing to another and you also have to have beaten Pokemon Ranger (the first one) I'm still tyring to figure out how to do it
