2.Go Walking Down Till You See A Small House On The Left
3.Talk To Professor Oak
4.Look At Your Marking Map And If You don't Have One Go To Jubilife City And Go To The Poketch Company

By the way when I said uncle he is only around 23 and I'm turning 11 on the 29th

No I don't think that works on pearl, only on platinum so maybe there's another way I know this because I've tried this tons of times so try something different.
