You need a shiny stone for it to evolve but I'm not sure how to get one
There isn't one just go throught mt corent (do it while you go to spere pillar) and some where and some whare near the snowy bit there are two enterences go in the dark one and hopefully there will be a pokeball in the pokeball is a shiny stone press use on roselia and vola roserade is there

It evolves with a shiny stone you can find it in mt cornet its this cave go in it and it should be a poke ball with a shiny stone in it:)
