You can get these pokemon registered in your pokedex with ease. Get a ditto, or a female eevee, and a male eevee, and breed 2 eggs. Hatch them, take one to the moss stone in eterna forest, and another to the ice rock in snowpoint city (on the route there) and level them up. You can have each at lvl 2.

The 2nd trainer you meet from leaving snowpoint city to get to mt cornet (a skier) has a Glaceon current;y looking for a leafeon will tell you were I found it

I got my male eevee (which I named Nathian after my cousin) from going to hearth rome city (did I spell that right, if nto its the city with the pokemon contests) go to the heal center the orange building thingy go to the building to the right and there should be a blonde girl in there with a eevee to give you.her name is bebe I think.remember that your caught pokemon if your team is full go to Someone's PC? Now they will go to Bebe's PC if you visit the blonde I was talkin' 'bout. I got Glaceon added to my pokedex (only got rotom left!!) by finding the second skier leaving snowpoint city after unsuccessfully trying to eneter the temple.I'm the champion trainer! What do I got to do?! Lol. And the second skier has a Glaceon and a Piloswine not a leafeon.I got that added to my pokedex by battling....who I got no clue.it was about a week ago.I would like to catch one though.it looks kinda cute to me...well so does my eevee and lots of people think its ugly.sooo.....lol.
